After my last little update in which I shamelessly stated I would have more time for deviating....I am obliged to apologize for having disappeared for so long. A busy summer quickly turned into a busy school year, but not all hope is lost! After some thinking, I realized my uneducated delve into photo manipulation was mediocre at best. And since I so frequently create images with a fanstasy, mythical, religioso theme...why not do them justice? Therefore, I have embarked on a mission to better hone my skills, paying more attention to the stock, the skin, hair, defining features. The right pose or pretty hair isn't enough anymore. I need to do better!

With that said, I have a sneak peak of the practice I've been doing in my free time. Please pay no mind to the background! It's the stock model that I put all the work into. Evening her skin, defining her face, cleaning up the lines and hair...you get it.

So, my deviations from now on will be few and far between, but they will be made with much work and love...images worthy of the things I'm trying to create!

Cards? Still in the works....maybe I'll start all over again...maybe I'll clean up the images I already have? You'll see...

Alcoholic Beverages...yep, still gonna do a third label...that will probably be my next deviation.

the dream series...has temporarily been abandoned. I don;t know if I will ever quite be able to capture the "shamanic" like journey...and perhaps it's for the best. I may be inspired to eat my words and start again though...we shall see.
